Responsible for overseeing the Cardiac Lab Technicians, including staffing, training, development, and performance management. Responsible for resource utilization through cost effective staffing. Responsible for supporting daily operational management of patient flow.

Qualifications

Three years supervisory experience and/or past performance that demonstrates strong leadership skills, including successfully achieving process outcomes and improvement goals, performance coaching and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with others required. Bachelors Degree preferred.

Must show consistency and confidentiality in dealing with human resource issues and maintain effective relationships with allied health staff, supervisory colleagues, physicians, and administrative leadership. Must be able to efficiently handle a wide variety of tasks simultaneously. Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. 

Licensure or Certification:

Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification.

$91,561.60 - $137,384.00 / year. Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
