Iron Mountain is seeking a target-oriented and self-motivated Supervisor, Business Process Operations to join our Digital Solutions team in Cochin, Kerala. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale customer accounts and complex digitization operations at both customer sites and Iron Mountain facilities.

You will serve as a critical bridge between Key Account Managers and the Ground Delivery Team, ensuring that all project deliverables meet strict quality standards and timelines through optimized workflows and smart productivity.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Drive Operational Strategy & Innovation: Plan optimized project methodologies adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), perform Proof of Concept (POC) testing, and integrate advanced technology to reduce manual intervention through automation

Lead High-Scale Delivery: Supervise the Key Result Areas (KRAs) of a reporting team and ground staff (typically 50–100 members), specifically overseeing large-scale judiciary projects and digitization workflows.

Support Financial & Vertical Goals: Assist vertical leads in attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and budgets while contributing to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Gross Profit (GP) optimization.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

5–7 years of trade experience managing large teams (50–100 people) with a deep understanding of scanning, metadata, Document Management Systems (DMS), and Time and Motion Studies (TMS).

Strong technical knowledge of production scanners, server handling, and high proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Presentations) and Management Information System (MIS) reporting via Google Data Studio.

Proven ability to handle large-scale judiciary projects and navigate the competitive landscape of the digitization industry while maintaining an optimum balance between agreed-upon procedures and industry best practices.

Graduate degree required (Master of Business Administration in Operations preferred) and fluency in Malayalam is essential for this location.
