Supervisor Building Maintenance
Location: 2101 Kansas Ave, Kansas City, Kansas 66105 United States of America Core Responsibilities + Overseeing an eight-person maintenance team + Ensuring all industrial machinery is operating correctly and safely + Verifying that custodial duties are completed effectively and plant standards are consistently met + Managing and meeting preventive maintenance schedules + Ensuring necessary materials and supplies are available for the team + Responding to maintenance requests in accordance with plant standards + Diagnosing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems + Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues + Repairing pneumatic tools + Diagnosing and repairing industrial electrical issues + Training and coaching team members to build the skills required for their roles + Communicating clearly and effectively with staff at all levels + Using precision measuring tools to confirm that machine tolerances are within specification Requirements Physical Requirements + Ability to remain physically active for extended periods while moving throughout the campus. + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead when required. + Ability to access and navigate all areas of the facility, including confined or elevated spaces. + Must be able to safely access and inspect all company equipment.
