Supervisor-Athletic Trainer

Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** + Supervise staff who prepare athletes for practice or competition by implementing treatment and rehabilitation programs. + Coordinate existing assigned partnership contracts and explore community opportunities for services. + Evaluate injuries and determine whether a referral is necessary. Implement treatment and rehabilitation programs under the supervision of a physician. + Maintain progressive medical plan for each patient and act as a liaison between the physician, coach, athletic administrators, parents, and/or athlete. + Train, coach, and evaluate associates on performance expectations and apply progressive discipline when appropriate. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Licensed Athletic Trainer preferred. Education: + High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
