Description
The base pay range for this role is $124,344.05 to $151,976.06.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.

Job overview and responsibilities
Responsible for the supervision and coordination of all maintenance functions on shift at the assigned location ensuring these activities are performed in a safe manner and in accordance with schedule requirements and in compliance with all established Company, regulatory and manufacturers’ procedures and collective bargaining agreementAssigns technician and related personnel in accordance with requirements to achieve maximum productivity and cost controlEnsures their team has the appropriate resources available and holds them accountable for the work assigned and performed to include process improvementsOperational: Manages the aircraft visit plan by engaging our co-workers in the sequencing of work while providing leadership in support of resources for technical and operational support from our support teamsEnsures that paper, parts and tooling are in place to support the visit scheduleExecutes the maintenance plan while ensuring compliance with FAA, OSHA and Environmental city and state requirementsPromotes an open and honest environment built on dignity and respect of all our co-workersBusiness: Manages the business unit to achieve the planned budgetExecute station performance goals and objectives aligning with divisional and company goalsMaintains a high level of awareness of operational, safety and human resource related performance objectivesSafety: Oversee safety and security of aircraft and operations to ensure regulatory compliance of technical operation activitiesCommunication: Maintain a high level of communication with employee groups within the stationReport status of operations, highlighting significant events to leadership whilst providing direction to assigned station personnel to ensure station and divisional objectives are achievedQualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
High School Diploma or equivalent work experienceFAA A&P Certificate5 years in the aircraft maintenance industry with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership roleExtensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance operations and applicable FAA regulationsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
4 year degree in Aviation Maintenance or related fieldsLean certification2 years in a leadership role within a large maintenance organization including a unionized labor workforceA proven successful track recordStrong background and technical knowledge on fleet types operated and maintenance programsThe base pay range for this role is $124,344.05 to $151,976.06.
