To be successful in this role, you will have:\nExperience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles\nPrevious experience working across automated warehouses (desirable)\nProven performance management and adaptable leadership experience\nHighly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships\nDemonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System - ideally Manhattan\nConfident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals\nHigh level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence\n\n
