Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team to ensure smooth, safe, and accurate dock and warehouse operations. Conduct pre-shift briefings to ensure all team members are informed, prepared, and ready to begin work promptly. Maintain strict accuracy and compliance with client-specific operating procedures. Perform and oversee tasks including forklift operation, general warehouse labor, and dock activities as needed. Ensure work areas and equipment remain clean, safe, and well-organized. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism when interacting with clients, vendors, and employees. Support the business by working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Physical capability to lift 55–100 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments with varying weather conditions. Valid/current driver’s license. Must pass the client’s Forklift Driver Exam (theory and practice). Proven ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to set expectations, ensure punctuality, and model professionalism for your team.
