HARALDO EGIDIO SOUZA SANTOS, TEN, Nº 732, São Paulo, CAMPINAS, 13024-500 Brazil **VAGA: Supervisor(a) de Instalações - SOROCABA/SP** **Horário de trabalho:** de segunda-feira a sexta-feira, das 07:30 às 17:18 em Sorocaba e região. **Em um dia típico, você irá:** + Definir os objetivos do projeto e gerenciar os projetos de instalação, supervisionando a instalação de equipamentos, monitorando o progresso dos locais de trabalho e coordenando com todas as partes interessadas dentro e fora do local; + Comunicar-se e coordenar-se com todas as partes interessadas, incluindo proprietários, arquitetos, consultores, empreiteiros, fornecedores e subempreiteiros; + Garantir que o projeto seja executado dentro do prazo e do orçamento, monitorando equipes e/ou subcontratados; + Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe do projeto para mitigar quaisquer riscos de segurança, ética e qualidade, incluindo o gerenciamento eficaz de requisitos governamentais e legais; + Garantir a satisfação do cliente, o suporte de engenharia e o aumento da lucratividade Treinar e monitorar a segurança, a qualidade e as operações dos subcontratados (conforme aplicável), garantindo uma prestação de serviços padrão aos clientes. **O que você precisará para ser bem-sucedido** + É necessário ter graduação completa ou experiência profissional relevante equivalente (pelo menos 5 anos); + Ter conhecimento em instalações de novos equipamentos; + Ter experiência com elevadores e construção civil; + A segurança é sua principal prioridade; + Ter excelentes habilidades de comunicação e liderança, além da capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e altamente voltado para a equipe; + Ser autossuficiente, com sólidos conhecimentos de informática, organização e perspicácia comercial.
