What you will do:

Back of House (BOH) VIP Supervisor

Cineplex’s Back of House (BOH) VIP Supervisors are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional dining experience to each and every guest. BOH VIP Experience Supervisors lead, train, support, coach, motivate and supervise a dedicated team of BOH employees to ensure that each VIP Guest enjoys an exceptional food and beverage experience. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you!   

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

Own the guest experience by ensuring consistency, quality and presentation of all food products through training, coaching and supervision of cooks, attention to detail and a commitment to food excellenceManaging all food inventory and stock levelsWorking diligently with cooks to control food costs and portion size, and ensuring every dish is prepared and presented according to Cineplex’s standards, including those related to food safety, food preparation, timing, cleanliness, and health and safety

Qualifications: 

This role may be a perfect fit for you if:  

You have previous management experience in a bar, licensed restaurant, or similar environmentYou have a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidaysYou have or are working toward a college or culinary degree (preferred)You have safe food handling and smart serve certification (preferred)You have strong communication, organizational, and computer literacy skills
