Compensation includes a base salary of $54,200.00 - $81,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Reports To: Sr Manager, Titles & Records

Position Summary:

The TSSC (Title Shared Service Center) Supervisor position will be responsible for leading a team and facilitating the completion of title services for Manheim’s internal and external customers. This position will be responsible for assisting with setting goals for title clerks through training and mentoring, continue to develop each team member’s skill base and knowledge of policies/ procedures and the department standards for customer service. This position requires a very good working knowledge of the automotive industry and previous experience working with titles is a must. The supervisor should have a proven track record of good communication skills and a strong customer service background. This role supports various processes within the Title Shared Service Center in Ocoee FL.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the Title Shared Services team in managing title-related inquiries and service requests, and production targets.

Lead, train, and mentor title specialists to meet performance goals and uphold department standards.

Foster continuous development of team members’ skills and knowledge of title policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.

Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction across all title operations.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.

Facilitate cross-training and maintain updated training materials and SOPs to improve departmental performance.

Assist with conducting semi-annual and annual performance reviews for title clerks.

Prepare and present coaching reports, both positive and disciplinary, as needed.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to title work completion in accordance with state-specific requirements across all 50 U.S. states.

Complete applications for new titles for internal and external customers when necessary.

Collaborate closely with other Cox Automotive divisions to maintain high levels of customer service.

Oversee the validation and reassignment of titles to new buyers.

Build and maintain effective communication with BMV/DMV offices nationwide.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience.

Additional Qualifications:

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the automotive industry or working with vehicle titles.

Strong working knowledge of the automotive industry.

Dealership automotive experience, specifically the business office, or title and registration highly preferred.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing, team development and mentoring teams.

Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service background.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
