As the Supervisor for Recruiting Coordinators at Spectrum, you’ll guide a dedicated team to deliver consistent, high-quality support to field recruiting while driving workflow efficiency and responsiveness. Your leadership will directly influence the success of hiring across the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage scheduling and workflow for recruiting coordinators, ensuring productivity and timely completion of tasksRespond to escalated issues, providing solutions or escalating to the Coordinator Team Manager as neededMotivate coordinators to achieve performance goals and meet service level agreementDeliver ongoing feedback, coaching and performance reviews to support team growthRecommend process improvements based on analysis of internal feedback and recruiting field team inputOversee interview and selection processes for new Recruiting Coordinator positions and lead training and onboarding initiativesBuild collaborative relationships with Talent Acquisition Management leadership and internal business partnersServe as subject matter expert for applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes, resolving concerns quicklyCompile and review metrics for process improvement, prepare reports and ensure regulatory compliance through auditsWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience
3+ years in recruiting coordinator or other recruitment/human resources roles1+ year utilizing Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint and WordExperience with HR systems and applicant tracking systemsSkills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishExpertise in recruiting coordinator functions and recruitment processesProven project management, analysis and problem-solving experienceAbility to influence peers to achieve successful outcomesStrong professional communication skills with all levels of the organizationAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationCapacity to support and drive process and complianceExperience partnering with all levels of staff and management in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated interpersonal skills with diplomacy and professionalismPreferred Qualifications
