As a Supervisor in Spectrum’s Remote Monitoring Operations Center (RMOC), you’ll lead a team of specialists who maintain real-time situational awareness, respond to critical incidents, and ensure timely communication across the organization.

From guiding response strategies to coordinating with security leaders and analysts, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations secure, informed, and resilient.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Guide the team in assessing and prioritizing security information to ensure timely and effective action during potential threats.
Develop and implement engaging training programs to build team expertise in emergency response, security technology, and monitoring protocols.
Collaborate with senior security leaders to communicate risks, recommend solutions, and support organization-wide safety.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures through performance management and continuous process improvement.
Manage scheduling and team coverage to maintain 24/7 operational readiness and support across all Spectrum business units.
Drive special projects and contribute to the evolution of Remote Monitoring Operations Center operations and Corporate Physical Security initiatives.

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience
2+ years of equivalent military, law enforcement, or security operation center work experience
1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
Skills
Manage team with multiple priorities, working efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines and in a stressful environment
Master Corporate Physical Security computer-based technology
Use Microsoft Office applications, GIS systems, and other open-source search engines and applications proficiently
Apply technical competence for video and alarm monitoring systems
Make efficient decisions during emergencies
Conduct effective research and analysis
Demonstrate skilled documentation and written communication
Present incident details clearly and concisely to Enterprise Investigation Leaders, Divisional Security Leaders, and executive-level management
Organize and plan effectively
Build and maintain working relationships with all levels of leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years working in an operations center
Demonstrated proficiency with the Everbridge Suite of products (Visual Command Center (VCC), Critical Incident Management (CEM), and Emergency Notification System (ENS)
Experience in alarm monitoring
