In this role, you will lead a team of supervisors, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820. You’ll be responsible for managing inspection processes, product holds, and risk assessments, while keeping production flowing and non-conformances contained. You’ll also act as the subject matter expert for core quality processes such as traceability, batch release, and in-process controls. If you thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment and enjoy developing people and solving problems—this role is for you. **What You Will Do:** + Lead and develop QC Supervisors to meet quality and performance goals + Manage in-process inspections, product holds (QTs), and release processes + Oversee compliance with regulatory and Stryker standards (ISO 13485, GMP) + Support continuous improvement and risk-based decision-making + Represent quality in cross-functional meetings and audits + Maintain well-organized quarantine areas and inspection workspaces + Train teams on inspection methods and quality best practices **What You Need:** + MSc in Engineering, Science, or related field (PhD preferred) + 1–3 years in a quality supervisory role, ideally in medical devices + Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and inspection methods + Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools is a plus + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills + High proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong analytical mindset + English proficiency (B2 or higher) Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
