If you thrive in fast-paced environments, value collaboration, and are ready to make an impact, this is your opportunity to shine! **Knowledge** + Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and electronic documentation management systems. + Thorough understanding of methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, Risk Management, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Kanban, Poke Yoke, and visual factory ideology. + Familiarity with regulatory compliance in a FDA, Notified Body, ISO, or other regulated manufacturing setting. + Knowledge of performance metrics (KPIs) and their role in driving systematic improvements. **Skills** + Proven ability to attract, lead, and develop talent, fostering an engaged and high-performing team. + Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to resolve issues and drive improvements. + Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate across teams. + Ability to manage multiple simultaneous programs and meet objectives efficiently. + Expertise in implementing process changes to enhance reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. + Skilled in anticipating and resolving conflicts while leveraging team talents. + Ability to efficiently direct and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. **Behaviors** + Proactively drives a culture of continuous learning and improvement. + Builds strong relationships with stakeholders within and outside the organization. + Focused on fostering team engagement and creating a positive work environment. + Promotes a culture of regulatory adherence and accountability. + Passionate about developing, mentoring, and training team members to succeed. + Ensures precision and accuracy in processes and products. **Experience** + 5+ years in a quality assurance or manufacturing role, ideally in a regulated environment (e.g., FDA, ISO). + Previous managerial or supervisory experience is highly beneficial. + Experience driving improvements in product quality and manufacturing efficiency. + Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (certifications are a plus). + ASQ Certification is advantageous but not mandatory. **Why join Hologic?** We are committed to making Hologic the destination for top talent. The annualized base salary range for this role is $80,700-$134,500 and is bonus eligible.
