Our Retail Resets Project Leaders are key players in planning, organizing and managing the coordination of resets in new, remodeled and acquired nonbanner stores.

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years previous Merchandising and/or retail leadership experienceExperience Desired: Project management experienceEducation Desired: High school diploma or equivalent plus up to 18 months of additional trainingTravel Required: Regional - Overnight, 25 - 50%

Job Responsibilities

Oversee accurate completion of all major resets for the Non-banner stores according to the strategies and goals of the various owners. Reset work includes: Long-term Resets (LTR) or category review resets, new stores, remodels, converted stores, and setting new items to planogram at store level. Manage relationship with third party service provider.Actively participate in the coordination of all work associated with resets- timing, equipment needs, resources, across the organization.Provide the necessary level of communications across the organization regarding reset work - progress and problem resolution.Create the New/Remodel reset schedule annually and update on a weekly basis; includes separate schedule for perishable and new/remodel work.Prepare various reports and work on special projects.Develop and maintain up-to-date information on the Store Reset SharePoint subsite.
