Hours: Monday through Friday Noon – 8:30 pm

The Supervisor, Pharmacy Technicians will oversee the department’s daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency. Serve as the primary liaison for pharmacy-related services and patient care coordination. Provide leadership and direct supervision to staff involved in delivering pharmacy operations within the hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

Manage purchasing and inventory control, ensuring cost-effective practices and regulatory compliance (DEA, JCAHO, FDA, USP, OSHA, etc.). Supervise pharmacy operations, personnel, and service quality across centralized and decentralized areas. Coordinate staffing and scheduling to maintain optimal care delivery and patient safety. Support recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee development. Oversee budget preparation and execution,and drive continuous improvement in policies and procedures. Maintain effective communication within the department and hospital-wide, staying current with industry developments.
