Job Summary

The Performance Monitoring Supervisor focuses on ensuring high-quality products or services by setting and maintaining standards, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and training. This role analyzes data, identifies areas for improvement, and develops strategies to enhance quality. This Supervisor will also ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements and collaborate with leadership to implement training and development programs.

Responsibilities

Supports the quality efforts for the program – call quality, meeting standards set by us as well as standards set by the clientVerifies the integrity of the data before being submitted/reported to the clientMonitors calls for each individual team member and document performanceMonitor productivity and adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the assigned program(s)Coach team members for areas of opportunity and improvement in qualityCreating job aids for low performing individuals as well as celebrating success of those high performersDevelop and Deliver training on qualityOversee and deliver client call calibration sessions on a regular basisResponsible for Quality Recognition programProvide trend reports and partner with leadership to design training, coaching, and developmentEnsures reconciliation reports completed daily/weekly/monthlyMaintaining low Adverse Event errors

Qualifications

4-8 years of Quality Assurance experience preferredBA, BS or equivalent experience in related field, preferredMust be able to work between 7am-8pm Central timeStrong analytical, coaching, and communication skillsExperience with QA tools, CRM platforms, and reporting systemsBilingual preferred (Spanish)

TRAINING AND WORK SCHEDULES: Your new hire training will take place 8:00am-5:00pm CT the first week of employment.  Attendance is mandatory. This position is full-time (40 hours/week).  Employees are required to have flexibility to work a scheduled shift of 7am-8pm CT.

REMOTE DETAILS: All U.S. residents are eligible to apply to this position. You will work remotely, full-time. It will require a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You will be responsible for providing high-speed internet. Internet requirements include the following:

Anticipated salary range: $67,500.00 - $86,670.00
