EducationMaster’s degree in Biotechnology or related life science fields is required, or equivalent experience.ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.3+ years of experience in multinational companies, particularly in the life science or reagent industry.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesProficiency in both English and Chinese (oral and written).Deep understanding of life science reagent manufacturing processes.Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., GMP) and regulatory requirements.Physical Requirements / Work Environment
