Supervisor, Multi Tenant Sales (Bilingual Spanish)

How You’ll Make an Impact

Guide and support Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performanceRecruit, interview, hire and train new sales representatives for ongoing team strengthSupervise daily activities and manage territory assignments to ensure optimal coverageOversee payroll processes to guarantee timely and accurate commission paymentsAddress employee relations including performance reviews, coaching and safety trainingContribute to budget planning and provide insights on marketing strategies and sales offersComplete additional tasks as directed by your supervisor to support department objectives

Working Conditions

Work both in the field and office, (70% field work and 30% office work) with travel required as needed

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Experience

1+ years of sales experience

Skills

Knowledge of community sales practicesValid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

The base pay for this position generally is between $57,400.00 and $94,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.


In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $48,000.
