Learn more at https://www.jnj.com **Overview:** The Manufacturing Product and Packaging Operations supervisor will support the execution of strategic initiatives for the Ottava production team. This role will focus on hiring, training and mentoring team members. In addition, this candidate will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks through Lean and Six Sigma, and implement process improvements.
