ProfileMechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Business Administration with at least 5 years of experience.Proven experience in the injection plastic industry, preferably within medical or scientific sectors.Expertise in Molding and Blowing Injection, and Geometric Tolerances (GD&T).Lean Manufacturing skills, with a Green or Black Belt being highly desirable.Strong production management background with at least 5 years of experience.Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and adept in negotiation.Skilled in budgets, cost analysis, and personnel planning.Self-motivated with strong leadership abilities and the capability to prioritize effectively.Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers.Advanced English proficiency.ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with operational goals and optimize the people plan for maximum efficiency.Lead improvements to achieve quality and minimize waste.Guarantee the highest levels of customer service and promise fulfillment.Monitor and enforce production controls within assigned areas.Manage resources effectively to accomplish departmental goals.Coordinate efficiency strategy and track key performance indicators (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).Apply capacity planning tools for production scheduling and execution.Control metrics such as safety incidents, quality PPM’s, output vs. number of employees, order closure rate, scrap, downtime, and 5S compliance.Ensure adherence to production compliance programs.Foster a high-performance excellence environment.Maintain safety standards on the production floor.Train employees on job functions, safety standards, and internal regulations.Balance production lines and headcount.Coordinate project startups successfully.
