As an IT Supervisor, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to achieve outstanding performance.

Coordinate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.

Maintain the security of the IT environment by closely following standard methodologies and protocols.

Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with other groups to resolve IT needs and efficiently implement solutions.

Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Prior experience with coordinating the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure is required.

Prior experience with developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations is required.

Prior experience leading IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards is required.

Demonstrable experience handling and leading IT teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to fix complex issues.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle exciting demands.
