A day in the Life:

The team ensures the continued operation of desktop and laptop equipment and associated peripherals for both local staff within the Midwest region of the United States. You will lead the Teams in Middleton, Wisconsin and Madison, Wisconsin sites.

Education requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Experience requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting IT Services infrastructure within a large environment is preferred.

Minimum of 1-3 years of direct management experience, including guiding team members in their daily tasks, addressing customer concerns, conducting annual reviews, and supporting career growth.

ITIL certification is preferred, but not required.

Proven experience in both hands-on and supervisory roles is required.

Solid understanding of client/server networks, protocols, common Internet services, Active Directory, and their integration to provide services is required.

Experience leading projects and delegating daily work tasks is required.

Proficiency in deploying, supporting, troubleshooting, and teaching techniques for hardware issues, including workstations, phones, mobile devices, printers, and multifunction devices.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Demonstrable experience handling and leading IT teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to fix complex issues.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, especially when talking with non-technical clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle exciting demands.

Excellent customer service focus and ability to build strong working
