Overview Job Overview: The Supervisor, Investment Excellence, is responsible for day-to-day media activation, budget and billing oversight, and media buy hygiene for the Investment team. This role ensures campaigns run smoothly, deliver as planned, and are supported by accurate financial and operational processes. The Supervisor also plays a key role in team development, workload management, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities General Overview: Lead role in all aspects of campaign activation including, but not limited to, campaign implementation, activation, QA and reconciliation. Drive activation excellence across Linear TV, OTT, Digital and other custom media programs. Regularly manages up to Associate Director on key projects and internal team developments, escalating issues and opportunities. Ensure tasks are executed with the highest quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines. Build strong relationships with various teams and departments to ensure excellence relative to operations, taxonomy, trafficking, budget management, audits, and more. Maintain deep knowledge of platforms including MBox, Prisma, Campaign Manager (CM/DCM). Enforce and evolve templates/best practices for QA, taxonomy, and media operations. Manage the analysis of upfront linear and OTT buys and vendor communications to get plan to the finish line. Lead post-buy media audits with external partners and ensure timely and accurate delivery of all materials. Ensure Linear TV and Digital partners follow and ahead to agreed to media schedules, flighting, and billing schedules. Partner with Investment Optimization and Strategy teams to secure ADUs and makegoods. Collaborate with teams to develop best practices and enhancements. Financial Stewardship Oversee vendor billing, RFIs, insertion orders, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliation. Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate monthly billing, accruals, and close procedures. Manage monthly budget forecasting, ensuring alignment with plans and authorizations. Actively manage planned vs. actual budget tracking for ongoing media and fees. Ensure campaigns are accurately built out in the buying platforms and are assigned to the correct buy details and billing codes. Daily Project Management & Maintenance Supports Associate Director and team with: Campaign builds and timelines Budget management and reconciliation Template and process development/improvements Management of trafficking requests and timelines (SLAs) Accurate and on time posts buys and audit deliverables Pre & Post launch QAs and ongoing management Ensure campaigns run with correct creative, buy guidelines and DNA lists Troubleshoot any ad delivery issues with Media Tech IO accuracy, ongoing updates, and compliance Project management of all workstreams for assigned brands Team Development & Leadership Mentor junior team members and support their growth through goal setting and regular performance checks. Provide guidance and delegation of tasks to junior team members to foster growth. Regularly assess team performance and workload distribution, ensuring that associates and planners are equipped to handle tasks based on priority and skill set. Train analysts and associates in key processes for their role and responsibilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, media operations, or related field. 4+ years of relevant experience; agency background preferred. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to think unconventionally in proposing solutions. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Experience mentoring junior talent. Proficiency in MS Office and media tools (MBox, Prisma, CM/DCM). Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset, and ability to delegate effectively. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
