Your Mission:
In this role, the Supervisor, Inside Sales will play a key role in providing excellent customer service while growing company revenue and leading the Little Caesars Fundraising inside sales team. You will supervise, train, and track key performance indicators (KPI’s) of the sales representatives to exceed sales quotas.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Oversees and leads the sales team and ensures each sales representative is tracking against their daily, weekly and period based goals.Monitors results and provides constructive feedback; works with each sales representative to course correct when off target, encourage when meeting or exceeding target.Guides each sales representative and helps them build their professional development.Develops, trains and leads new and ongoing training for new sales representatives.Understands customer needs and offer solutions and support to ensure customer satisfaction.Develops potential lead sources from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.Reports on all sales leads & conversions and offers solutions to increase results to ensure period based and annual goals are met and exceeded.Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive quality goods and satisfactory service.Answers potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.Tracks weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics sharing with the team to monitor behavior.Oversees customer relationships, address concerns, and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.Reviews team performance with leaders to ensure goals are being met, implementing improvement strategies.Educates colleagues on techniques to increase performance and exceed sales goals.Meets all sales quotas and goalsBuilds and posts weekly and period-based results to be displayed on the department dashboards; celebrates wins, acknowledges strong results and posts metrics designed to encourage strong results.Prepares and administers annual performance reviews.Conducts weekly one on one meetings; reviewing results, assisting with time management and ensuring the sales representative is on track; provides coaching and course correction when off track.Presents information to train sales representatives:Build training schedulesListen to sales representative's calls and provide coaching to correct behavior while providing solutions to improve calls to improve performance as neededConducts difficult conversations to improve sales numbersActs as a liaison between the team and managerWho You Are:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field Preferred. Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Minimum Four (4) years' previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field with demonstrated and proven sales results.In-depth knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and market dynamics to guide and support the sales team effectively.Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate, mentor, and lead a sales team to success.Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.Customer-centric approach with the ability to maintain positive customer relationships and address issues promptly.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team communication and collaboration.Analytical mindset to interpret sales data, assess team performance, and make informed decisions for strategy enhancement.Ability to lead, train, guide, monitor and coach sales team to retain and grow new business.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Knowledge of Salesforce.Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.Ability to present information effectively.Become the subject matter expert on all Fundraising products, sales programs, competitors, pricing, campaigns, and limited time offers.Where You’ll Work:
