Job DescriptionWe’re currently seeking an experienced High Pressure Supervisor in Sarnia, ON. This position will lead frontline operations, ensure strict safety compliance, and deliver results under demanding conditions.

Follows and ensures compliance to all company policies and proceduresMonitors projects to ensure job completion in an efficient, cost effective, and most importantly, safe mannerAct as the main point of contact for all industrial cleaning crews and client contacts onsite Provide leadership and direction to employees by ensuring that employees understand CEDA’s vision for the futureCoordinate manpower and equipment requirementsEnsure safety for all team membersRespond to emergencies as required that can occur outside of your shift scheduleProvide quality services to our clientsWork as part of a team and follow direction from managementOther duties as assignedRole Specifications
1-3 years’ in a leadership role is required3-5 years operating a high pressure pumps and tooling is requiredExperience with Vacuum equipment would be an assetMechanically inclined with a working knowledge of industrial cleaning equipmentValid Class G driver's licence is required, Class AZ or DZ driver’s licence is preferredClean and current driver's abstract (less than 5 demerits in the last 3 years)Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test BSO or Common Safety Orientation certification requiredHaving First Aid, H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance, Fall Protection and Confined Space certification would be a significant assetSkills
