We are seeking a highly organized Team Leader to manage our software solutions RFP team who are part of our Global RFP Management team. You will be responsible for guiding and motivating the team to achieve goals by setting objectives, delegating tasks, overseeing progress and providing feedback to team members.
Key duties include fostering a collaborative working environment, ensuring effective communication, resolving issues and serving as a liaison between team members and upper management. Essential Skills for this role are strong communication skills, motivation, delegation, Problem-solving and emotional intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Proposal and Snr Proposal Managers with managing the RFP intake, escalations and prioritization with Sales Leads
Goal setting and strategic planning:
Set clear team and individual goals, and develop strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Task delegation and project management:
Assign tasks, set deadlines, and oversee the workflow to ensure projects are completed efficiently.

Monitor team performance, conduct evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and offer coaching and development opportunities to team members.

Facilitate clear communication within the team and act as a point of contact between the team and senior management, conveying goals and progress.

Qualifications
Experience: 2–4+ years in proposal administration, RFP coordination, project management, or related roles within software, fintech, or SaaS industries.
Experience with proposal automation platforms such as Responsive®, in addition to tools such as Microsoft Office/SharePoint, Google Workspace.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail with ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable coordinating across departments and managing routine workflows.
Exposure to higher education, payments, or SaaS-based solutions is a plus.
APMP Foundation certification or other proposal management training is a plus.
