Job Description

The Facilities Supervisor is directly accountable for all day-to-day facility operations at the specified site.
Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, maintaining critical systems preventative maintenance schedules, site safety and security, budget accountability, inventory tracking, minor repair/maintenance, and other administrative duties.
Provide direct supervision and guidance to facilities technicians, direct workloads and manage/resolve personnel issues within the group.Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, maintaining critical systems preventative maintenance schedules, site safety and security, budget accountability, inventory tracking, minor repair/maintenance, and other administrative duties.Provide direct supervision and guidance to facilities technicians, direct workloads and manage/resolve personnel issues within the group.Ensure backup Power solution is reliableWork with/support site leadership team as point of contact for site Facilities department; attend center leadership team meetings as requiredManage vendor accounts, maintain contracts/agreements (preventative maintenance, security, janitorial, copier leases, etc.), maintenance supply ordering and inventory control  Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on all facility related equipment, maintain the storage units and manage all facility keys and coordination of locksmith services.Manage operating and capital expenses to budget processes and complete all reports as requiredMaintain logs, reports and other documents for the department to established policies and procedures; submit potential process improvements for review by Corporate FacilitiesManage procurement process including purchase requisition submittals, purchase order and invoice matchingProvide training necessary for direct reports to understand and perform maintenance duties and other facility related obligations.

Purchase order processing

The maintenance of preventive maintenance schedules for critical systems

The site safety and security

The supervisor will oversee inventory tracking, minor repairs and maintenance, and other administrative tasks

Provides direct supervision and guidance to facility technicians, allocates workloads, and manages/ resolves personnel issues within the team
