The base pay for this position generally is between $60,900.00 and $97,700.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

JOB SUMMARY
Coordinate construction efforts through in-house and contract labor for new construction, maintenance and rebuild projects. Responsible for safety and quality of work performed within the construction department. Responsible for the hiring, training, development, and performance management of staff.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceCoordinate with engineers and developers in designing the plant; draw and sketch installation and location of equipment and cable; complete bill of materials (BOM) needed for planned constructionMonitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions of agreementsPerform site inspections for quality control for in house and contract laborReconcile submitted invoices to work completed in the fieldCoordinate permitting and make-ready processCommunicate with Manager or designated delegate to provide updates about construction progressReview and process damage claimsEstablish positive employee relations through effective communication and ongoing supportAdhere to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicableKnow, understand and follow company policiesPerform other duties as requested by managerREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
