This role provides frontline leadership to concession staff and subcontractors, ensuring operational excellence, team development, and adherence to company standards in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. The Supervisor serves as a visible leader during events, proactively managing staff performance, guest flow, inventory, safety, and service recovery while maintaining open communication with management and support teams. + Oversee daily operations of assigned concession stands, portables, and bars to ensure readiness and efficiency before, during, and after events + Train, coach, and supervise concession staff on company policies, food safety, service standards, and equipment use, while enforcing compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and service policies + Coaches team members in real time to improve guest engagement and service recovery techniques + Establishes rapport with guests and resolves grievances while protecting brand standards and the reputation of Nationals Park + Holds team members accountable to performance, attendance and conduct standards through consistent feedback and coaching. Identifies training gaps and coordinates additional instruction as needed + Maintains a visible leadership presence during peak periods to model guest-first behaviors, while monitoring guest flow and adjusting staffing or operations to minimize wait times + Ensures compliance with food safety, addressing violations immediately and professionally.
