Pursuit Strategist for our Deal Activation Team in Zurich

We are looking for a solution-oriented team-player with excellent communication and strong project management skills to support our strategic and high value pursuits for our Financial Services clients. In this role you will actively participate in the development of tailored communication strategies for all pursuit collaterals. You will oversee adherence to all steps of the proposal process, contribute in writing/editing proposals, company research as well as stakeholder relationship mapping.

You will work alongside with colleagues from Switzerland and other European countries. 

 

Your key responsibilities

Partnering with key account teams to provide a full-service pursuit management model for regional pursuits

Serving as key contributor in pursuit strategy sessions, managing output and driving actions

Taking a proactive role in driving the pursuit process to ensure a coordinated effort

Developing strategic messaging and conceptualisation of client-facing pursuit collateral 

Contributing to the development of opportunity value propositions

Leveraging AI-driven intelligence to unlock insights and enhance overall messaging effectiveness

Responsible for quality control of all client-facing materials during the pursuit

Driving post pursuit analysis and review; making recommendations for process improvement

 

Skills and attributes for success

Solution-oriented and makes sound decisions quickly, given tight timeframes

Strong project management experience

Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)

Demonstrates versatility in a constantly evolving environment with a wide variety of social styles

Ability to work independently and to influence without authority

University/Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required

Working experience (approx. 5 - 7 years) in a similar professional services or IT consulting firm with a multi-cultural environment

German and English proficiency level and basic French communication skills are a must
