A Day in the LifeEnsure that all revisions/change orders are properly documented and accounted forDaily review with Service Manager on project and billing progressEnsure all proper relevant paperwork is reviewed and given to the foremenCompletion of various reports, including Service Request/Field Report and work orderDispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on siteMust take all service and leak calls and maintain on-call status 24 hours per day, 7 days a week Build relationships and maintain close contact with customers during project activity Field Crew SupportCompliance to regional Health and Safety requirements and Flynn policiesMonitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sitesOrder and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distributionDaily review of project progress with the foremen and review of field reportsScheduling, alignment, and time management of field crewsIdentification, training and coaching future Foreman and SuperintendentsWhat We Are Seeking1-3 years experience in a Construction environment; Service Roofing experience required Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalForm and maintain customer relations; in person, through email, and over the phoneAbility to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadline-oriented environmentReliable and strong problem-solving skillsWork independently as well as in a team-based environmentWork in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail
