We are seeking an intermediate-level Superintendent/Foreman to join our team in the Seattle or Tacoma area. This role involves working on a variety of commercial tenant improvement projects, including bank renovations, school remodels, and a ground-up radiation lab project. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of jobsites, particularly at Bank of America renovation projects, and must be skilled in finishing tasks.
ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage commercial tenant improvement projects.Perform hands-on work at Bank of America renovation sites.Read and interpret blueprints using Procore.Manage subcontractors and scheduling for projects.Create and maintain daily logs and 3-week look-ahead schedules.Ensure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA regulations.
Essential Skills4+ years of experience as a superintendent or foreman in commercial projects.Proficiency in managing commercial construction and tenant improvement projects.Experience with hollow metal frames and doors.Ability to read and interpret blueprints with ease.Technological proficiency, particularly with Procore and Microsoft Project.OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications, first aid certification.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with plumbing and HVAC systems.Familiarity with MEP, CSI, and construction supervision.Valid driver's license and ability to pass a 9-panel drug test.
Work Environment
The role involves working on-site at multiple bank projects in the Seattle or Tacoma areas. The candidate will engage in hands-on work and occasionally self-perform tasks as needed. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
