Job Title: Superintendent Job Description The Superintendent is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects to ensure they meet deadlines and budget constraints. This role requires creating and managing project timelines and coordinating with various teams for timely completion. The Superintendent will supervise construction processes, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with project specifications. Essential Skills + Proven experience in construction management, particularly in commercial, retail, and restaurant construction. + Proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM software. + Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills. + Expertise in quality control and OSHA compliance. + Experience with ground-up and tenant improvement projects. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Daytona Beach, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
