Job Title: SuperintendentJob Description As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints. Responsibilities + Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to ensure they meet deadlines and budget constraints. + Create and manage project timelines, coordinating with various teams for timely completion. + Supervise construction processes, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with project specifications. + Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction activities. + Ensure adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards to maintain a safe work environment. + Monitor construction work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications. + Utilize technical software such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project for project management and documentation. + Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Essential Skills + Experience in construction management and supervision. + Proficiency in using Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety protocols. + Experience in restaurant, retail, commercial, and mixed-use construction. + Strong quality control and inspection skills.
