Job Title: Traveling or Local Superintendent – Ground-Up Construction (Commercial/Data Center)

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction projects across the country, with a focus on large-scale commercial buildings and data center developments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex construction schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality on-site.
Key Responsibilities:Lead on-site construction activities from pre-construction through project completion.Manage daily operations, including subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and quality control.Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or issues.Conduct regular site meetings and communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders.Oversee inspections and ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards.Travel to project sites nationwide as required.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction.Experience with large-scale commercial or data center projects is strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site for extended periods.Preferred Qualifications:OSHA 30 Certification.Experience with mission-critical infrastructure and MEP coordination.Familiarity with LEED or other sustainability standards.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
