Job Description
The Superintendent plays a crucial role in monitoring production, schedule, and performance within construction projects. This role requires assisting with coordination aspects under the guidance of the Project Manager, conducting safety audits, and ensuring contractor quality control and safety at construction sites. The Superintendent is responsible for making sure contractors complete work on schedule while addressing any warranty issues. Daily communication with the Project Manager is essential to ensure that all projects remain timely and within company standards.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor production, schedule, and performance.Assist with coordination aspects as directed by the Project Manager.Conduct safety audits and support contractor quality control and safety at construction locations.Ensure contractors complete work on schedule while addressing warranty issues.Communicate daily status of current projects to Project Manager.Maintain 100% safety standards and accountability in all mandatory/regulatory requirements.Take necessary action when behaviors or conditions are unsafe.Report and address all potential safety concerns, incidents, and issues promptly.Certify that all submittals comply with contract requirements.Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance for each construction process.Review catalog cuts and material submittals for compliance with plans and specifications.Ensure effective and timely preventive and corrective actions are taken to minimize recurrence of problems.Essential SkillsConcrete construction experience.Industrial/commercial project experience.7+ years of superintendent experience, including 2+ years as a superintendent.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in construction supervision and management.Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.Work Environment

The role may involve coordinating with various stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
