Job Title: Superintendent - Special Projects Team

ResponsibilitiesPre-qualify subcontractors and conduct subcontractor visits to ensure quality and compliance.Supervise and manage 5-10 staff members across multiple projects, providing overall direction, coordination, and evaluation.Develop daily schedules for the job site and address any issues that arise promptly.Manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and submittals to maintain project flow and communication.Essential Skills5-10 years of experience in commercial and healthcare construction.Proven experience as a Superintendent in ground-up or interiors projects within commercial/healthcare sectors.OSHA30, First Aid, and CPR certifications are mandatory.Ability to manage projects with budgets of $3 million and above.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in education, K-12, higher education, and senior living projects is beneficial.Must be commutable to Winchester, VA for daily on-site work.Work Environment

This position requires daily on-site presence in Winchester, VA and the Northern Virginia area. The work involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, and varying weather conditions. Occasionally, there may be exposure to wet or humid conditions, fumes, extreme temperatures, and risks such as electrical shock or radiation. The team operates in a supportive environment with a focus on safety and high-quality project delivery.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $57.00/hr.
