Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Superintendent with a strong background in interior construction to join our team. Candidates with experience as an Assistant Superintendent may also be considered for the role. Ideal applicants will have interior federal construction experience and a history in the trades, demonstrating hands-on expertise and leadership potential.
ResponsibilitiesOrder materials and ensure their delivery to the warehouse.Manage up to six small interior projects at a time.Supervise and oversee project scheduling and document control.Maintain quality control and adhere to safety standards.Drive to Maryland to check on warehouse operations.Essential SkillsMinimum seven years of experience in construction, including the trades with an interior focus preferred.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Experience managing and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.Proven leadership and communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in federal construction projects is a plus.Background in the trades such as carpentry, drywall, or electrical is highly desirable.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.Must pass FBI background check.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
