Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent will oversee all on-site aspects of construction, renovation, and maintenance projects within an operational medical facility. This role demands exceptional coordination, attention to safety, and communication to ensure zero disruption to healthcare services and maximum compliance with health regulations.
On-site Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of construction activities ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Subcontractor Management: Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain high performance and accountability. Quality Control: Monitor workmanship, ensure compliance with drawings/specifications, and perform inspections throughout the project. Reporting & Documentation: Provide daily logs, progress reports, and maintain proper documentation aligned with healthcare facility regulations.
This person will need to sit locally to the Greensboro/Elkin area to support various projects long term.
