Your mission will be…

·       Support in customer service O2C activities;

·       Support the customer service team with daily operations;

·       Process and track customer requests in our case management system;

·       Assist in documenting customer feedback and service improvements;

·       Participate in team meetings and contribute to service quality initiatives.

We are looking for someone with…

Fluency in the language mentioned in the subject;Proficiency in MS Office applications;Customer-oriented mindset.
