Job Description

Join our HR team in Lisbon as an HR Trainee for a 3-month internship. In this role, you will support various administrative processes related to HR, ensuring smooth operations across our organization. You will work closely with internal colleagues while maintaining accurate HR data.

Your contribution to something big: 

- Administer HR processes and manage HR master data to ensure accuracy and compliance;

- Create, update, and maintain the organizational structure of Bosch across 40 different countries;

- Maintain and control digital personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

- Education: High School graduation or University degree.

- Experience: Relevant experience in HR administration is a plus but not mandatory.

- Knowledge: Good IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Languages: Fluent in English (C1).

- Personality: Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. High attention to detail and accuracy; good organizational skills.
