Summer Intern – SBS Marketing – Accountant Channel

Description:

The Summer Intern will support the Accountant Channel Marketing team in planning and executing webinars and other marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in digital marketing and content creation while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

 

Key responsibilities:

Webinar coordination: Assist with pre-, during-, and post-webinar tasks, including registration setup and email communication. Monitor registration and attendance metrics during events and help generate post-event reports.

 

Digital Marketing: Help create and maintain external marketing materials, including one-pagers. Create promotional materials for social media and emails.

 

Content Development: Assist with agency collaboration efforts and track project timelines. Create internal sales enablement materials.

Event support: Help manage logistics for seminars, including sign-in sheets and instructional materials. Support internal sales events and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Rising Senior, currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with tools like ON24, Workfront, Seismic, and LiveSocial is a plus but not required. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and gaining new skills.

Florham Park, NJ; 4 days/week in office
