Responsibilities and Impact:
• Develop an understanding of S&P Global’s technology products and strategy.
• Support and execute engaging internal communications to drive positive organizational culture and employee engagement.
• Assist in creating impactful content (emails, presentations, intranet articles, videos, visuals) to elevate messaging and leader visibility.
• Help coordinate and maintain a communications calendar, ensuring timely delivery of key messages and updates.
• Partner with internal AI tools to streamline content development and improve communications.
• Collect and summarize metrics to report on communications program effectiveness, sharing insights with stakeholders.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $25 to $30. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• Experience or coursework in writing, editing, or technical communications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
• Familiarity with intranet platforms and digital communication tools
Key Soft Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Eager to learn and contribute in a team environment
• Creative thinker with a collaborative approach
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience or interest in graphic design or video editing
• Exposure to technology or data-related fields (engineering, IT, etc.)
• Ability to create visually appealing presentations and multimedia content
• Experience using AI tools to support communication tasks
