Learn more at https://www.jnj.com **Key Responsibilities** Depending on assignment, Interns may: + Support Cell & Gene Therapy process development, operations, or analytical development activities. + Conduct laboratory experiments (cell culture, molecular biology, purification, analytical assays, etc.) or support business/operational processes. + Perform data analysis using scientific or business platforms (Excel, Tableau, Monday.com, statistical tools, etc.). + Assist in maintaining bioreactors, conducting upstream/downstream processing, or supporting analytics testing (ELISA, PCR, flow cytometry, etc.). + Create reports, SOPs, documentation, or KPI scorecards to support team decision-making. + Participate in technical discussions, team meetings, and collaborative sessions. + Maintain laboratory notebooks and follow compliance guidelines. + Provide general project support across scientific, operational, or analytical functions. **Qualifications** Education: + Preferred majors: Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Immunology, Analytical Chemistry, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields. + Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree for the duration of the Internship. + Minimum GPA of 2.8 required. + Completion of at least freshman year required. **Experience & Skills:** Required: + Prior experience in laboratory techniques OR business/analytical tools depending on role. + Strong analytical and quantitative skills. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. Preferred: + Previous Co-Op/Internship or research experience. + Experience with cell culture, ELISA, PCR, chromatography, or business analytics tools. + Leadership experience through campus or community involvement.
