**Job Description** **Primary Duties / Responsibilities:** + Assist as contact for customer and address their inquiries and concerns promptly. + Collaborate with colleagues and internal group as needed to solve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipelines. + Analyze customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement. + Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals on existing and new products or services. + Participate in sales team meetings to align strategies and offerings. + Generate regular reports on sales performance and account status using Power BI. **Dates of internship:** mid/late May-early/mid August 2026 **Requirements** **Educational Requirements:** Qualified candidates will be a junior or sophomore during Fall of 2026 with a degree focus in Marketing.
