Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Summer 2026 Intern, CEX Customer Experience & Retention Analytics to join our Customer Excellence (CEX) team.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing raw data to identify customer churn patterns and developing predictive models to help transform our customer retention processes.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Analyze and Model Customer Behavior: You will work with large, raw datasets to identify trends and build predictive models that help the business understand which customers are likely to leave, providing actionable insights for the retention team.
Collaborate on Data Storytelling: You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical findings into compelling stories and presentations that drive strategic planning and continuous improvement.
Ensure Data Integrity and Governance: You will perform exploratory data analysis to ensure high data quality and contribute to the development of best practices for data management within the shared services organization.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Current enrollment in a degree program focused on Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
Strong technical knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R, and proficiency in SQL for data extraction.
Proven ability in data visualization using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate complex insights.
Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
