Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Inclusion and Engagement Intern to join our Global Inclusion and Engagement team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting with employee listening initiatives.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Collaborate with the Global Inclusion and Engagement team to help translate survey data into clear summaries and visualizations for business stakeholders.

Support the administration and reporting of global engagement surveys, pulse checks, and lifecycle touchpoints to uncover actionable trends and insights.

Help build and maintain a "one-stop shop" digital environment to consolidate information and resources for global Employee Resource Groups.

Collaborate with ERG leads and HR stakeholders to coordinate global meetings, host events, and support inclusive internal communications.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

Academic Standing: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, with a projected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.

Strong knowledge of digital collaboration tools and an interest in using technology to enhance employee engagement.

Proven ability in project management and communication, with a global mindset and the flexibility to work across different time zones.

What We Offer

Salary details: $22.00-$25.00 per hour.

Shifts: Flexible based on school schedule and global time zones.

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid): Primarily remote with occasional in-office presence (1–2 days every other week) for intern events.

Proposed Start Dates: May 27, 2026 - August 7,2026

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the full duration of the internship.

Reasonably expected salary range: $58,400.00 - $73,000.00
