You’ll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to help design, deploy, and monitor **Agentic systems** —AI-powered agents that automate tasks and drive intelligent decision-making. This role reports to the **Manager, Agentic Delivery** . Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more: + Assist in developing and evaluating Agentic workflows and autonomous agents + Support data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to inform agent behavior + Collaborate on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and testing of LLM-based agents + Help build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance and impact + Participate in cross-functional meetings to translate business needs into AI use cases + Document learnings and processes for internal knowledge sharing **What do you need to succeed?** We all bring unique skills to work every day.
