**Job Description** **Primary Duties / Responsibilities:** + Equipment Operational Efficiency Project + Identify Process choke points to understand effective equipment speeds for maximum output with current guardrails + Identify current max volume through put + Identify areas of opportunity to either increase output or maximize current status through process / labor changes to help reduce conversion cost + As time allows this will open further projects for this intern to continue working toward OEE goals **Dates of internship:** mid/late May-early/mid August 2026 **Requirements** **Educational Requirements:** Qualified candidates will be a sophomore, junior or senior during Fall of 2026 with a degree focus in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
